Dr. Michio Kaku explains using lasers to create channels of electricity in the atmosphere. Lightening, in other words.

Michio implies that one might steer lightening electricity through ionized channels which the laser would create.

So. Hm. Yeah. A couple of varibles here. Get wet or get struck by laser guided lightening. lolol.

Of course, we all know about weather derivatives, right? Some crops fail, some thrive, depending on the weather. So investing in the weather is a smart thing for a guy to fiddle with if he's interested in that kind of thing.
