Thread: NYT Horrified When 11 Year Old Mows White House Lawn

Default NYT Horrified When 11 Year Old Mows White House Lawn

In case you didn't see the "story," an 11 year old kid was invited to mow the White House lawn. Everybodu cheered work ethics and yada yada.

Everybody except a New York Times concern troll:
    * Enforce Border Security – America should be guarding her own borders and enforcing her own laws instead of policing the world and implementing UN mandates.

    * No Amnesty - The Obama Administration’s endorsement of so-called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, will only encourage more law-breaking.

    * Abolish the Welfare State – Taxpayers cannot continue to pay the high costs to sustain this powerful incentive for illegal immigration. As Milton Friedman famously said, you can’t have open borders and a welfare state.

    * End Birthright Citizenship – As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be granted U.S. citizenship, we’ll never be able to control our immigration problem.

I will be OK as long as Zip does not tell us the kid could make more and be middle class if he belonged to the 11 yr old lawn cutters union 666 .

Enjoyed this story Friday from, of all sources, NPR. It looks like a part of the kid's motivation was to boost his lawn mowing business. Now he has some good stuff for the flyers he hands own.

Come on people, please don't overreact to this troll because the best thing you can give a troll is your attention via overreaction. This guy is a partisan troll who doesn't really care about children moving lawn, he is only bringing this up as an issue because Trump did it. Had it been Obama, he would have been talking about how this is a first for a sitting US president. Sadly, this is how people make a name for themselves, come out and say outrageous things and the public would give u all their attentions and clicks.

Good on this kid for this genius marketing campaign. Doing the white house lawn is a job most mowing business would pay to have on their resume and he was able to get it for free.

Just re-quoting because you make sense.
Theye have refused their Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

Theye have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

Theye kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies

Theye have combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution,

For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with parts of the world:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

Theye plundered and destroyed the lives of our people.

Theye are at this time transporting Armies of Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of a civilized nation.
