Jeff Sessions Wants To Put Entire National Security Council Through Lie Detector Test

Having warned previously that the DOJ would crack down brutally on any current and future leakers, Attorney General Jeff Sessions appears ready to follow through with this threat, and according to Axios, he has told co-workers he is seeking to put the entire National Security Council staff through a lie detector test "to root out leakers."
While it is unclear if Sessions will follow through, the AG reportedly floated the idea to multiple people, as recently as last month.
As Axios details the upcoming crackdown, Sessions' idea is to do a one-time, one-issue, polygraph test of everyone on the NSC staff. Interrogators would sit down with every single NSC staffer (there's more than 100 of them), and ask them, individually, what they know about the leaks of transcripts of the president's phone calls with foreign leaders. Sessions suspects those leaks came from within the NSC, and thinks that a polygraph test — at the very least — would scare them out of leaking again.

Applicants trying to be cops are given polygraphs, interrogated by a star chamber, and their family and friends interviewed, yet here we are still subjected to abuses of police powers and tyrannical laws. What's a polygraph going to do to stop leaking? Whistle blowers know the consequences, no matter the screening procedure. I only see this leading to more paranoia and 'patriots' without a conscience.

lie detectors have been proven to not be accurate. Why use outdated tech?

You mean book em on a rendition, and let em hang at 30,000 ft above Gitmo, then waterboard them, and if they don't cooperate then zap their nipples, while some big niggas stretch their anuses?

(No, wait... that was Hildabeast's 400th birthday party. They might enjoy that too much.)

Yeah, I don't think waterboarding works on reptiles. We might have to try sealing them in meat lockers.

Sounds like a good way to ensure only the most psychotic remain. Not that psychos are the only ones who can play polygraph machines like fiddles. Mainly that they're the only ones who think it's fun to play polygraph machines like fiddles.

Which begs the question. Is Trump's AG too stupid to know he's trying to eliminate all the non-psychotics from that agency, or does he know exactly what he's proposing?

Why doesn't he just ask the NSA for a hand in identifying the leaker?
It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.
