The alt-right/NAZIs have attempted to organize a series rallies across the country this year. Charlottesville was one; there had been others before; Boston was intend to be another. It was being advertised as such by them. Several alt-righters/NAZIs were scheduled to speak, including at least one who was also at Charlottesvilles (Tim Gionet). In the end, it appears to have petered out, and I don't know who really showed up (maybe only that sad group in the posted video), but that's what it was meant to be.

His initial rise in the polls in the summer of 2015 was a result of him calling Mexicans rapists. The whole campaign from that moment on was based on themes of that kind: re Mexicans, Arabs, even Chinese to some extent (tl;dr all your problems are the result of foreigners). I don't know whether Trump is a racist (I doubt he really cares one way or another, as with other issues), but he certainly panders to them: and that's why the alt-righters/neo-NAZIs have gained so much ground in the last year or so.

20 or so people showed up to support actual free speech. They were permitted to be there. 15,000 counter protesters show up, no permit, hurling rocks and piss jugs at cops and protesters. The mayor and commissioner sat there and thanked them for it. They also kept the $#@! thoroughly agitated by keeping up the Nazi/hate narrative.

I've used sentences like "how can you expect Antifa not to throw urine on cops, I think they're showing remarkable restraint. Our local station, CHANNEL SEVEN covered the March up towards our Common, and then the short, brief rally. It looked like the NeoNazis were setting up our local Libertarians to get badly beat up, our local cops had to escort 40 to 50 people from harms way.

Many of our local politicians and community leaders are Irish-Americans, myself... I'm half Irish. I expected the police to be proactive and they were. No nonsense. Not tolerating pub brawls or riots. We have strict gun control laws, Virginia doesn't. The police in Charlotesville were afraid to act, they seemed almost to be helpless and useless.

Normally I'd tolerate wearing a side-arm up here, folks over the line in N.H really like this as an idea and ideal. Was the strict way we land on outsiders an asset? ARATUS wants to go on hiatus from these forums until Senator Rand Paul votes in the upcomng Senate Trial. I expect President Pence to be painfully "lame duck" and more inflicted on than Harry S. Including the Mayor, Commissioner and every local and national news outlet. I understand the skepticism of people running for the republican party in MA. But unless there is evidence that he is a fake it's a huge improvement over Geoff Diehl who is a Republican he's running against or Warren.
