Rand has a lot of patience to keep talking to these bleeding heart, big nanny-state dolts.
The essential argument from these idiots is people need government insurance, so we have to keep increasing it. They agree (falsely?) that the goal is more people working and buying their own healthcare, but you can't cut back because they need it today.
They are like old cat ladies. "I have to keep feeding them, they need to eat, and everyday there is more of them. We need more food!"
And then they just lie. The propagandist keeps saying that Medicaid is going to be cut (people will die!), Rand says that they are cutting the rate of increase. Of course they will keep up their lies long after Rand is finished.
