Seems a good idea to me.
    In New Zealand:
    The Coastguard is a Charity
Air Traffic Control is a private company run on user fees
The DMV is a private non-profit
Rescue helicopters and ambulances are operated by charities and are plastered with corporate logos
The agriculture industry has zero subsidies
5% of the national vote, gets you 5 seats in Parliament
A tax return has 4 fields
    Business licenses aren't a thing
    Prostitution is legal
We have a constitutional right to refuse any type of medical care

This is an amazing idea! All of the media will be focusing on these billboards throughout the entire day! This might even get more exposure then the blimp on the 16th!!!

Lets make this happen, this is so key!

I personally think this could be huge. Imagine walking around New York, and seeing a donation meter for Ron Paul on going up hudreds of dollars per second.

If you don't know who that guy is, you sure will after seeing that. This seems like it could attract a lot of media attention as well, if this thing "goes viral".

ok i just noticed we only have 12 hours to get $50,000... we only need 1000 people to donate 50 dollars!

Bump. Great idea, even though the deadline is just around the corner. In the event that you don't raise all the money now (R-n forbid), at least try to get a "RP REVOLUTION" billboard up and running during the Post-TeaParty Era.

Not to be a wet blanket or anything, but how do we know this project is authentic?

It likely isn't. There's a post on Daily Paul on how this is a scam. Working in NYC, I'd have to agree.
