Exclamation Potential Massive/Historic Winter Storm Targets Boston

Just wanted to pass this along for a heads up.. Seems the powers that be are firing up the weather generators to combat the blimp ! (yes, i am kidding)

folks, the forecast models are showing up to 30 INCHES of snow could hit (of course, its very unlikely it would hit that hard, but still worth mentioning) Boston

That's why we have a meteorologist and are going to be sure to get the blimp out of town before that arrives. :-)

Well, let's hope it didn't speed up because the big storm isn't supposed to start until closer to the 17th/18th. We'll get today's update from our weather guy soon.

And there is an earlier storm on the 13th that should have passed through by the time the blimp gets there. It is close timing, though.

Lets hope it's Star Spangle type storm

have you seen the people on Huckabee forums..... They would love for there to be a storm...........along with Ron Paul in the storm...... Ron Paul to catch hypothermia and die from them throwing him in Boston Harbor. and they would all truly believe they were working in accordance with God's will. Nutto's I tell ya.

That weather forecast 6 days ahead of time is worth about what you paid for....not much. We'll have a better idea by Thursday or Friday.

    Might not be so bad

I would never encourage someone to risk their life in a dangerous situation like a snow/ice storm but if it snows like mad and we still get a large, enthusiastic crowd out there than the major media will have to take notice. We would pretty much be the only game in town and it they would want to see what in the world we were doing.

If you follow the weather closely you would see that the computer models are showing a major storm setting up for the 16th-17th, it won't be discussed by your local tv weatherman until Thursday-Friday at the earliest, but there is something brewing. Do you think I made this thread for fun?

If the Blimp requires an emergency landing due to the ice storm, may I suggest Gillette stadium during the Patriots-Jets game.

hahaha now THAT would get MSM coverage. Can you imagine? Right in the middle of the football field the Ron Paul blimp lands. A bewildered Ron Paul exits and is given a microphone "I am sorry, We tried to beat the storm...we really tried!!! How is everyone doing tonight anyway?!!"

It's not the blimp I'm worried about - it's us! We're having a massive day-long rally in Boston, and I was intending to flyer the city and try to get hundreds if not thousands of new people to come and participate and learn.

Yes, if there is a crazy blizzard, we'll lose the attendance of bystanders and undecideds, but we'll get the street cred (media cred?) of 1000 ron paul supporters willing to brave any weather.

    I guess it's a trade off.

Oh man, it's a wet dream come true. That would be insane. Like, Ferris Bueller parade insane.

Is there a plan B in the works to just say "f*** it" and cruise around S. Carolina instead where the weather forecast is much nicer and the blimp will still be doing some good raising name awareness in an early primary state?

I really don't want to be a party pooper, but if there's a choice between flying in SC or being grounded up north, wouldn't it make more sense to maximize flight time?

Looks like we need an REI or Patagonia discount card for Ron Paul people. Does the Ron Paul campaign have an official outdoor shop?

Right! A large group of Ron Paul supporters showing up in bad weather, will just be icing on the cake as media reports a new one day fundraiser.

Blizzard or not, I will be there.

I wouldn't count on ANY media coverage. They don't care if you have 1000 people or 10,000 people, the media could very well not show up. If it isn't on the TV, it never happened.

But get a couple dozen welfare rights protesters on the capital steps, and every WDFL station is there, optimizing their camera angles to make it look like a massive revolt.

I know, I've seen it, I have pictures. About 10 years ago Minnesota patriots had a series of tax cut rallies on the capital steps.
First weekend about 3,000 people showed up. NO MEDIA. Nothing mentioned in the papers or TV. And they WERE told about it.
A couple weeks later there were at least 5,000 people, maybe more. The media did show up, but not much was aired, some pictures on page 12a maybe. The liberal mainstream media controls what people hear about, no question about it.

This last spring there was also a tax cut rally on the capitol steps in St. Paul. Low and behold, the GREENS also get a permit, ONE WEEK before Earth Day, so they could also have a rally/protest for Mother Earth. The tax cut rally had been publicized for months, but the greens got a permit from their Democrat insiders in the capitol.

So anyway, there was a dual protest, tax cutters on the steps, enviro-wackos on the mall. I have pictures. There were at least 5,000 tax cutters, MAYBE 300 earth firsters. And what did the mainstream media publish? They said thousands of people showed up, but didn't mention the overwhelming ratio of tax cutters to socialists.

NEVER TRUST OR DEPEND ON THE MEDIA. You will be disappointed.

Trust the MSM as far as you can throw the Liberty Blimp (without the helium)!

Need to continue getting together with a few MSM insiders that allow us a backdoor and work our way further in

They think its their party and if we want invited . . . well you know

So let them be in control as long as we get what we want

We the tail are wagging the dog just fine!
