    Was Manchester Blowback?

The Manchester bomber greatly benefitted from the chaos and Islamist extremism that resulted from the US/UK "liberation" of Libya and destabilization of Syria using proxy Islamist forces. He travelled to both countries and reportedly even trained in Syria. Blowback?

There is only one correct way: freedom. All other solutions are non-solutions.

It appears that artificial intelligence is at least slightly superior to natural stupidity.

Our words make us the ghosts that we are.

Convincing the world he didn't exist was the Devil's second greatest trick; the first was convincing us that God didn't exist.

Giving it the ax stands as one of the grand examples of marketing failure of all human history. Perhaps the network execs didn't care for all the references to freedom and individuality and decided to take one for the "greater good"? Wouldn't surprise me a whit.

I think all the Muslim attacks that aren't on Muslim soil are blowback.

Of course, all those young people are directly responsible for everything their parents or unrelated adults do. Terrorisim is never an appropriate response to anything. If the NAP is in play, then it is in play both ways. When did the perp, his family, or anyone from his nation do anything diplomatic to try to ease tensions anywhere? And when did it become the perp's place to do violence to put forth his personal point of view. Oh, wait, it wasn't his personal point of view. It's his dogma.
