    Bicoin Price as of right now: $2,770.00

    I know some very happy people right now.
    I am not one of them. Ha ha.


    Anyways, news that has possibly spurred this on is Japan has passed a law allowing bitcoin to be used as legal currency, and Venezuela which has quite a few bitcoin farms, has skyrocketing inflation, so people are using bitcoin instead. Keep in mind, Venezuela is a major oil producer, so as Venezuelans continue to adopt bitcoin, (I have no doubts they will continue), bitcoin will begin to gain strength as an oil trading commodity, a petro-dollar, if you will.

    Just fell ~$240 in a few minutes!
    First time today that I checked, and it was at the high, then ~4 minutes later = Down over $200*
    *Edit: btc-e.com fell $240 from the high, Bitstamp was not as dramatic.

    The short-term top is in, anyone not selling the next bounce up has serious issues with reality.
