for all of those in favor of mail-in ballots (which my state requires), this oughta be a reason to reconsider allowing folks to vote in person on election day.
i'd like to think the only worth-a-$#@! candidate in this race, Mr. Wicks, would have done much better if more than 2/3rds of the voters hadn't already voted.
