What Would Happen If The Right People Got In?

If "we" got what we wanted in terms of the Constitutional context, enough of the right people to bring America back from the current state of degradation in which we find ourselves, what do we think would happen?

For conversation's sake, ignore rioting by the so-called "left" and other ignorant and entitled cry-babies, and assume they would be "treated" commensurate with their behaviors - no political purges or anything like it, all of which are well known to produce horrible longer-term results no matter how satisfying the short term outcomes might seem.

I am thinking more in terms of the so-called "deep state" responses - what would Theye do, if anything overt?

Theye would be collectively out of work, preferably out of pensions and freedom for theire actions....

Theyye would hole up in the myriad of government safe shelters in Bluemont and other places and detonate some nukes high above creating an EMP that would end up killing 90% of current House along with the president, vice-president and many others until the chain of succession ended in one of Therre laps. Then they would start rebuilding under martial law.

I would say that there are more of the right people in Congress than at any point since at least the last 100 years. Even guys like Louie Gohmert are pretty darn good in the grand scale of elected officials in US history.

Ultimately, government is going to track pretty closely on the big issues with what the general population wants. I would include military intervention and surveillance in that. The response is going to be what you see right now. There is a lot of NSA and State Dept. criticism toward people who speak up.

They, sans electoral pressures, will bend like a wet noodle.

They are nothing at all without their influence on Congress; nobody to be concerned about.

I think that if they do track closely, it will usually be by reversing the cause and effect there. First government does something, and then once it's done, the public figures they should support it since government knows best.
