He said something about it a while back. Basically the POTUS doesn't have 2 hours a day to $#@! around with his hair, so they are doing something quicker with it.

This is a widely under-reported story. How long had the President known he could change his hairstyle in this manner? How long did he sit on the information without doing anything?
