Thread: Seth Rich Hacked the DNC.

  1. #271
my thots... & concur w/ George...

Sy Hersch is not a 'liar'.
    More than likely...
He was (and now realizes it) a victim.
He was 'fed' the 'intel', wiretapped/bugged, then recorded....
to then (later) 'use' his creds to 'establish' this new narrative. (for if/when they needed it)
One year later they triggered it. The 'Russian' narrative was falling apart. (which explains why they waited)
He (Sy) realizes he was 'had'.
    .... and so are we.
    1. Seth was NOT the email 'leaker' (but SOMEONE else was & not Russians)
    2. Seth was (likely) murdered for 'other' reasons (probably related... Bernie $$/voter base transfer? NGPVAN etc.)
    3. They want to shut down/ 'bury' the ENTIRE story with Seth. They used Sy Hersch. (that's why he now 'denies'.)
    4. It really IS a recording of Sy Hersch and his 'thoughts/insider knowledge/hunches'

Interesting that now the Sy Hersch audio is out there, the story still hasn't 'broken' yet. Hersch has the credibility and he is ON TAPE saying his FBI source confirmed to him that Seth Rich had contacted WIKILEAKS with a sample of emails from the DNC. This should be PROOF POSITIVE that Seth Rich was the leaker and that RUSSIA did not hack the DNC. This affects everything happening today... Russia Sanctions just signed by trump, etc etc.

What will it take? When will the lid come off? HERSCH is distancing himself from this audio now probably because he doesn't want to be Arkancided.

Fox News started and then retracted the Seth Rich story.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/01/b...e-lawsuit.html

Lawsuit Asserts White House Role in Fox News Article on Seth Rich

The private detective at the center of a Fox News article about the death of a young Democratic aide claims that the White House and a wealthy Trump supporter urged the network to publish the article as part of a scheme to blunt speculation about the president’s ties to Russia, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

Rod Wheeler, who was hired by the family of the aide, Seth Rich, to look into his death, said in the suit that the network fabricated quotations from him in an article about Mr. Rich on FoxNews.com. Mr. Wheeler states that the network was aware that he had not said the statements yet it published them “with reckless disregard for their truth.”

The network later retracted the article, saying it did not meet its standards.

In the suit, Mr. Wheeler, who is a Fox News contributor, asserts that he was a pawn in a broader plan by the White House, a Trump supporter named Ed Butowsky and Fox News to “shift the blame from Russia and help put to bed speculation that President Trump colluded with Russia in an attempt to influence the outcome of the presidential election.”

The lawsuit, alleging defamation and racial discrimination, was filed Tuesday morning in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York. It named Fox News, 21st Century Fox, Mr. Butowsky and the author of the article, Malia Zimmerman, as defendants.

Mr. Rich, who worked for the Democratic National Committee, was fatally shot in Washington, D.C., in July 2016. The case is unsolved. The retracted article, citing law enforcement sources, said Mr. Rich had shared thousands of D.N.C. emails with WikiLeaks — a theory that would undercut the assertions that Russia had interfered in the election on behalf of Mr. Trump.

Jay Wallace, the president of news at Fox News, said in a statement: “The accusation that FoxNews.com published Malia Zimmerman’s story to help detract from coverage of the Russia collusion issue is completely erroneous. The retraction of this story is still being investigated internally and we have no evidence that Rod Wheeler was misquoted by Zimmerman.”

Fox News also denied the racial discrimination claims in the suit.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, said during a press briefing Tuesday that, “The president had no knowledge of the story and it’s completely untrue that he or the White House” had involvement.

The lawsuit comes as Fox News and 21st Century Fox have attempted to move past a sexual harassment scandal that burst into public view last year and led to the ouster of Roger Ailes, the network’s founding chairman; Bill O’Reilly, the prominent anchor; and several other employees. Yet the issue has emerged in other divisions at the company and has cast a shadow over its $15 billion bid for Sky, the European satellite giant.

In June, British authorities ruled that Rupert Murdoch, who is executive chairman of 21st Century Fox, and other company executives were “fit and proper” to hold broadcasting licenses in Britain, even as they concluded that the sexual harassment scandal at Fox News had amounted to “significant corporate failures.”

Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer for Mr. Wheeler, pointed out that Fox News published the Seth Rich article in the same time period that 21st Century Fox executives were meeting with British regulators about the Sky deal. Fox News, he said, “was working with the Trump administration to disseminate fake news in order to distract the public from Russia’s alleged attempts to influence our country’s presidential election.”

Mr. Wigdor also represents several current and former Fox News employees who have made sexual and racial harassment complaints against the network. (His firm also represents clients in a racial discrimination suit against The New York Times.)

In the complaint, Mr. Wheeler states that Ms. Zimmerman worked closely with Mr. Butowsky, a Trump supporter and occasional Fox News commentator, to push a fake article to advance the president’s agenda. The suit states that in April, Mr. Butowsky met with Sean Spicer, the president’s former press secretary, about the investigation into the death of Mr. Rich.

In a statement, Mr. Spicer said: “Ed is a longtime supporter of the president’s agenda. He requested a 10-minute meeting to catch up.” In an interview with NPR, Mr. Spicer said: “It had nothing to do with advancing the president’s domestic agenda — and there was no agenda. They were just informing me of the story.”

Mr. Wheeler cites a text message and voice mail from Mr. Butowsky as evidence that President Trump had reviewed the article before its publication and supported it. According to the suit, a text message from Mr. Butowsky on May 14 read: “Not to add any more pressure but the president just read the article. He wants the article out immediately. It’s now all up to you. But don’t feel the pressure.”

Mr. Wheeler said that he was falsely quoted in the article published on May 16 as stating that his investigation found “some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks” and that his investigation showed “someone within the D.C. government, Democratic National Committee or Clinton team is blocking the murder investigation from going forward.”

Mr. Wheeler said Fox News, Mr. Butowsky and Ms. Zimmerman knew that the quotations were fabricated. He said that even though Fox News retracted the article, it did not clear his name or admit that he had been misquoted and that his “reputation as an objective, credible and intelligent investigator with integrity was completely destroyed.”

Ms. Zimmerman and Mr. Butowsky could not immediately be reached for comment.

In a statement, the family of Mr. Rich said: “While we can’t speak to the evidence that you now have, we are hopeful that this brings an end to what has been the most emotionally difficult time in our lives and an end to conspiracy theories surrounding our beloved Seth.”

Bodies are still piling up and cleaned up almost before they hit the ground.
I mean as recently as last week.
    for example:
too much to explain but this wealthy owner gets shot in the back of the head at his car dealership
20 police officers 10 cop cars are there... and all of a sudden the JTTF shows up and takes over the crime scene.
Then.. no 'death notice' for an entire week... then a small obit that FINALLY confirms his name... and says 'he died.'
and 'donations' can be sent to 'suicide prevention' and 'mental health care'. The dealership was part of Awan spy ring.
He was the 2nd owner to be murdered... the 1st owner (Peacock) was murdered 6 months ago.

Seth Rich was just the front end... a single thread.. important but his 'story' is almost a distraction now.

When the web of collusion and inter-connection has even the JTTF at it's disposal not to mention the FBI..
the coverup murders and coverup crimes may never get solved including Seth Rich.
It's either going to completely explode or fizzle like JFK.

I hope Seth Rich's family knows what the deal is whatever that is. It must be awful for them to have his death talked about in the news so much.

Yes, the Seth Rich story was really just a gate or door to something 1000x bigger. Solving whatever happened here with Seth is a start, but the focus should remain with the resulting Pandora opened box of the Awan IT people and how they were intertwined with a large portion of the Congress and the information within.

My understanding is this comparison can be summarized as A) the hiding of facts regarding a stolen democratically elected presidential nomination via murder and coverup using Washington PD and destruction/obfuscation of evidence versus B) having essentially complete or near complete control of the legislative branch of our government through blackmail and extortion through use of a Pakistan proxy intelligence service as a workaround over the legal structure of the US intelligence on all of the inside information within Congress, for at least the last 14 years, probably more. The Awan's arrived in 2003-2004 but who knows who may have occupied their space before that.

If we are being run to some extent by the operations of a 3rd world country for the sole purpose of trading secrets and control for the benefit of a few American politicians, we are about as far from having liberty as one could imagine at this point. The best part is the fact that this is citizen funded via our countrywide tax plantation system.

Fox retracts Seth Rich murder conspiracy

Fox News has retracted a report about a US Democratic party employee whose murder last year has fuelled a right-wing conspiracy theory.

The cable network's report made an unsubstantiated link between Seth Rich's death and Wikileaks' leak of hacked DNC emails.

The victim's own family have debunked the report, imploring Fox News to stop reporting it.

Mr Rich, 27, was shot dead in Washington DC, last year.

Police say evidence suggests the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) staff member was the victim of a botched robbery. No arrest has been made.
    'Fake news story'

On Tuesday, Fox deleted its story, but said it would continue investigating his death.

"On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich," the network said in a statement.

"The article was not initially subjected to the high degree of editorial scrutiny we require for all our reporting.

"Upon appropriate review, the article was found not to meet those standards and has since been removed."

Mr Rich was shot in the back on 10 July last year in the north-west of the city at the Bloomingdale neighbourhood, where residents have reported a spate of gunpoint robberies.

Following his death, some right-wing media suggested his killing was revenge by figures linked to the Hillary Clinton campaign for allegedly leaking embarrassing DNC emails to Wikileaks.

Wikileaks itself fuelled the conspiracy theory by offering a reward for the capture of Mr Rich's killer and hinting that he may have been the source of the emails.

No evidence has emerged to indicate that Mr Rich provided the emails to the anti-secrecy organisation.

Fox News this month published and aired reports on Washington affiliate WTTG-TV, citing Rod Wheeler, a contributor to the cable network and private investigator, who said he was being paid by the Rich family to look into the murder.

He said evidence showed Mr Rich was in contact with Wikileaks before his death.

The Rich family rejected his claim and released a statement through a spokesman saying: "Anyone who continues to push this fake news story after it was so thoroughly debunked is proving to the world they have a transparent political agenda or are a sociopath."

WTTG-TV later retracted the report, acknowledging Mr Wheeler had no evidence to support the claim. However, the story initially remained on Fox's website.

Mr Wheeler told CNN the source for his assertion was a reporter at Fox News.

The Rich family sent Mr Wheeler a cease-and-desist letter and threatened legal action if he continued to discuss the case.

Court Order Confirms DNC Fraud Lawsuit Appeal Will Proceed
    https://disobedientmedia.com/2018/01...-will-proceed/

Attorneys for the plaintiffs in the DNC Fraud Lawsuit received good news from the 11th Circuit Court of Federal Appeals earlier today. The Becks stated via social media that “After posing two separate jurisdictional questions, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has found jurisdiction sufficient for the case to proceed on appeal.

    -------

Jack Burkman, who made headlines in 2016 by offering a $130,000 reward for information on the mysterious murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich, was reportedly attacked Tuesday. Local police told The Washington Post they have not yet determined the perpetrator’s identity.

Burkman told WaPo he was returning from the grocery store when a man wearing a ski mask jumped out of a black SUV, sprayed him in the face with what appeared to be pepper spray, and hit him the head before speeding away. He added that he thought “the end is coming,” when he spotted the man coming up his driveway, and said the attack “seemed professional,” though he had trouble pinning down who exactly might have cause to attack him.

Perhaps it is an intentional blunder, the family has been bribed/threatened into collaboration with his killers, this may be their way of striking back while being able to claim that they are still cooperating.
