On O'Donnell's show just now, David-Freaking-Frum just said we can rid of a POTUS via Impeachment or Article 25 of the Constitution

1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
What precipitated this?
Flynn as National Security Advisor. Frum said the National Security apparatus is blowing up at Flynn's appointment. According to Frum/National Security people, Flynn is compromised and represents the penetration of Russia into American political system.
