I think u sorta lose the privilage to demand/dictate anything of your conquerers after u have been conquered. Actually that is the biggest disadvantage of being conquered.

That is ridiculous and has to be a joke. Indians did not believe property rights. The Indians of the 18th and 19th were savages.

Whites brought capitalism and created the first morally legitimate country in the history of the world. Indians have no claim to the United States and should be thankful that they have the opportunity to live in civilization. Having to pay taxes is infinitely preferable to the existence Indians would have if the whites did not populate the country.

It seems that this thread is missing the point of the OP posted article. That a bunch of white folk slam dunked an entire civilization of people living in harmony with their habitat. And, if this is defensible in any libertarian way, then how can the persons claiming ownership of these territories now advocate for border security?

I approach the issue as learning from the experiences of others. That was my point, and not meant to be hypocritical.

It's a bit too late to try to save Native American culture as it once existed. It's probably not too late to save ours.

Yet, I understand that many people don't put much stock in cultural roots. I suppose its one of those, 'don't know what you've got 'til it's gone' type of things.
