    So...here we are.
There. Is. No. Majority. Not for people like most on these forums. Otherwise there would have been a Ron Paul presidency. There will NEVER BE a majority because, as the OP is fond, and correctly so, of saying...nobody WANTS freedom. Those that do not want it...that is your majority. Swim against the rip tide brother. Only a few more strokes. Just keep swimming.

Does seem like a bit of a waste of time and money to bother with it at all. And for what? Is the township library board going to throw themselves a larger party because they got 200 votes this year instead of 100?

I skip most of the smaller offices since I have no idea who any of those people usually are.

    You overestimate the voter.

They don't want anything very precisely.

It's about what they can be made to want, by the media.

    ...temporarily.

    ...till election day

We have a natural disadvantage ($$$) in this game, but it's the only viable option.

It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

I wouldn't buy it even if it was free.

    I have principles, ya know.

Without principles... it'd be, well.. anarchy.

I say AF gets into the new blockchain voluntary economy. Nice work, AF. Now to simply implement the new blockchain voluntary economy and reap the rewards.

Lots of potential blockchain-ers in this thread.

Some of the other folks... er, uh, well, there's always the global FRN economy to control/take down with a majority, have fun with that. Call it a win/win. That way, no uncomfortable associations with "non voters" are necessary.

Voluntary blockchainers vying for bragging rights with their ledgers, and what they do for the folks associated with their particular group.
Sounds like an expressway to liberty. Hopefully the "real voters" don't mess this up for the "non voters".

Government? I'm pretty sure there's an app for that...

We, as liberals, are supposed to care about more than our own satisfaction..

    Why?

Are my honor and principles worth nothing?

Nobody on the ballot represents me.

So I wrote in the name of the man who is in the political circle that most closely represents my views.

If that scandalizes you, or HB, or anybody else, well, too bad.

At the end of the day I have to live with myself.

Your honor and your principles should be driving you to do what you can to maximize the chances of a liberal future.

Voting is a means to an end.

If you have to make distasteful votes to advance liberalism, tough titty.

Nah, people who don't vote know that voting doesn't matter. It's easy to have libertah without voting if you're clever.
