Catch phrase; 'The Rule of Law'

This phrase is being bantered around this election like it actually means something..

What with all the 'laws' on the books and given the ability of the judicial system to interpret said 'laws' in any number of ways, this phrase means nothing.

One politician can't fix what the "Just-Us" department has become, even 435 new legislators couldn't generate enough paper to counteract what's already in effect.

There is only one way to address what has become of all three branches of government and that's to uproot the entrenched, those who never stand for election, those who are promoted for wrong-doings or doing nothing.

    Just sayin'............................................ ............................................Again

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." - Thomas Jefferson

"Government ... does not exist of necessity, but rather by virtue of a tragic, almost comical combination of klutzy, opportunistic terrorism against sitting ducks whom it pretends to shelter, plus our childish phobia of responsibility, praying to be exempted from the hard reality of life on life's terms." Wolf DeVoon

This is why we need to thoroughly vet a candidate who is proven to be for limited government. The Libertarians had a chance and failed big time. Anyone who votes for Johnson thing they are voting for limited government has not been paying attention.

Vetting candidates does absolutely nothing when it comes to the entrenched.

That's exactly why "democracy" and elections are so heavily touted by the system.

It's all a circus-sideshow diversion. All of it - including POTUS (hell, especially POTUS).

The US is ruled by vast (and growing) plantation of unaccountable executive agency.

The purpose of federal elective offices is to provide a facade of popular "legitimacy" and to serve as lightning rods for demotic Sturm und Drang ...
