No clear loser, slight hit will be taken by Hillary-media team for another typical dog and pony show.
Debate changes nothing overall.
Incidentally, TIME's polls is leaning towards Hillary being the loser of the debate, which really translates to Trump trolls beating Hillary trolls:

The Networks Won
not a poll option
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Some folks here had theorized that Hillary's infamous fainting video was staged... I don't think that but many people tuned in out of curiosity to see if HRC will be able to handle stress of 90 minutes standing in 65 degree temperature or whatever thermostat temp was negotiated between Hillary-Trump people.
Expectation of such or other spectacle probably helped provide a ratings bonanza for networks.

I didn't watch it. Can someone give a quick re-cap?
Did Hillary's eyes go all googly again? Any bizarre movements?

I'm just watching a couple small parts and holy crap, Trump is rambling. Hardly making any sense.

I took a pain pill and fell asleep. So I missed it.
Gonna have to try to catch a replay.
Judging by the poll feedback and the fire up there, it must not have been an interesting one.

I'm sure you can piece it together from memory. Trump with some screaming, profile this, bomb the $#@! out of that, winning, bad deals, etc. Hillary with some shrieking, tax this, bomb the $#@! out of that, equality, stealing, etc. I didn't watch a word of it, but I got the idea.
Hilllary didn't pass out or go into a coughing fit. Trump didn't freak out. Both said the same things they have said all along. No "gotcha" moments.
Doubt it convinced any voters one way or the other. Both did what was expected.

Kodak moment here, but I agree with Zippy's summary. Overall, the exchange was a draw. But that means Hillary lost, because she didn't blow Trump out of the water. The real point of the debates is not over establishing who won on the issues (by that measure, Quayle won his debate with Bentsen in '88), or who was on top of the details (by that measure, Ryan won the debate with Biden in '12).
We're not electing the best debater, or the most informed policy advisor, we're electing a President. Trump appeared capable of being "Presidential" and of doing that job, and Hillary did not shake that impression. So Trump got the most out of the first debate.
