We already have FICO score. Also some corporations use peer feedback to decide on your promotions.

nothing wrong with a FICO score in theory, though some of the criteria seem to be a bit wacko to the extent that employers and insurance companies should be forbidden to access the scores. As to peer reviews as an employee evaluation tool- in my trade (engineering) they are a far more reliable tool than are manager reviews. Peers know who is really doing the work and who isn't. Managers know who buys them lunch.
