Plant protein this morning, a Serrano pepper diced and fried with three pieces of bacon, cracked an egg in the pan and pushed the mix into a pile...Placed my 'plant protein on two pieces of wheat toast and added a slice of sharp cheddar...

    Gotta love plants!
