On the gun issue, it is not even close. Trump is about the equivalent of a George W - a milk-toast Republican, perhaps a C minus on guns, but who at least gives better defense of gun rights than Geore W. Hitlary, however is the poster child for Stalinist/Hitler style gun control.
Just look at their respective responses to the Orlando tragedy. Hitlary immediate exploited the tragedy to call for more federal gun control laws including national gun bans of "assault" weapons.
In fact just in October, Hitlary announced her campaign gun control plan to1 prevent gun purchases by indefinitely delaying purchasers’ background checks,
2 ban all semi-automatic shotguns and detachable-magazine,
3 ban semi-automatic rifles (and some other categories of guns)
4 ban the possession of firearms by people in “troubled dating relationships” without due process of law,
5 empower the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to revoke the licenses of dealers for unintentional recordkeeping errors,
6 prohibit Americans from selling a “significant” number of privately owned guns,
7 repeal the federal law that prevents gun control supporters from pursuing frivolous or politically motivated lawsuits designed to stop gun sales by driving firearm manufacturers and dealers out of business and.
And this is mild compared to her prior history on gun rights. She has exploited every opportunity to try to disarm more and more Americans. Yes Hitlary Clinton is the nightmare incarnate on the issue of gun control.
