Uh huh. The judge was appointed by Obama therefore he lost a case he should have won.

And as for the actual merits of the case, they don't matter. The white guy lost in the courtroom of a brown judge appointed by a browner president. QED. Sounds like Alabama Justice circa 1932. How devastating.

Leads me to believe that Trump in particular is a jedi master of blaming every other person.

If you want to be dishonest you going to lose this argument. Trump sent out a memo about why he thinks the judge is being unfair.

He is talking here about bribes and political connections. Where you see this?

Bribes and political connections are why his case had merit?

Considering the number of bribes he has admittedly and proudly paid and the number of political connections he has including his own opponent I'd say he was given some rope and he's hanging himself with it.

He is not the judge presiding over a case.

Speaking of, saw this last night:

But Trump’s lead lawyer in the case has Clinton ties of his own.
Federal filings show that Daniel Petrocelli has donated to Clinton over the years, and even contributed $2,700 to her campaign after Trump brought him on to the politically fraught case.

The fact that Trump’s own lawyer in the class-action cases has been an avid Clinton backer undermines his accusations of bias in the case, not only against the plaintiffs’ lawyers but also against U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who Trump says has an “inherent conflict of interest” because of his Mexican heritage.

No, he is the fascist alleged billionaire allegedly spending tens of millions of his own money trying to get a job that will affect more lives than any one judge, and that pays $400,000 a year--and claiming that he only makes great deals. And his supporters are running around claiming that he will represent the common man, and therefore isn't in this for the fat corporate bribes. Even though the judge says he screwed all the common people silly enough to take his real estate courses and the only defense he can come up with to that charge is 'the judge is brown and so is the president who appointed him.'

    Gee, that's convincing.

Make up your reality why don't you.

Also we don't need to hear your angst in every thread. Or do you honestly think anyone is going to take the time to start debunking this BS here and now? Especially when it was covered in other threads?

And the problem is the argument. Trump is resorting to a results driven position of evidence. The only evidence of bias lay in whether or not Trump gets the outcome he wishes. It's a cute tactic.

You aren't getting it, no surprise there.

If supporting democrats is the bias, then he would not have a lawyer such as he does. Just like he would be okay with another hispanic judge providing said judge does just as Trump wishes, otherwise, clearly the judge must be biased. No, there is no proof other than whether or not Trump gets his way.

If Trump has his way, he will discredit every judge until he gets the ruling he wants. This works for rich people, because they can afford to tie up courts playing these types of games. Poor folks get stuck with the luck of the draw, and suck it up and deal with it.

And while Trump is playing theatrics and behaving like a slighted two year old who didn't get his cookie, those who claim they were defrauded don't get their day in court and see closure.

It's better to let Trump and the MSM make up a reality where spending tens of millions for a four year job that pays 400K is the kind of thing that is done by those who only make great deals?

Aren't you supposed to be busy making drugs for Big Pharma about now?

All i hear is punish Trump because poor people cant do this. Aka because he is rich.

Again judge is biased. There is a lot of evidence. Stefan has a sourced video full of them.

Lawyer is not even in question.

It is a great deal because he is rescuing a nation that makes 17 trillion. Some of those benefits will go to his family being able to do better business in a better country.

I don't care what kind of hero he is. He is biased on this trial.

Judge is bad because he is biased. Trump is good because he will smooth the way for his filthy rich siblings. But that isn't bias. And what's good for Trump's relatives must be good for shift workers, even though Trump U wasn't good for the shift workers who got suckered into going there.

You're just like a kitten--you're chasing your own tail. Only you aren't as cute doing it.

The whole issue is just bizarre. Trump screws over those who are the poster child for his supporters. Yet, his supporters throw the (allegedly) defrauded to the wolves because Trump spun this weird narrative that he is the little guy fighting for justice against the Man. So instead of Trump supporters sympathizing with someone that is more like them, they identify with billionaire who is complaining about not getting the results he wants and stakes out a position leaving the actual little guy high and dry while Trump pours money into the pockets of the Man until he gets his way.

It is mind blowing. Like the gypsies, that do hit in run money changing schemes at gas stations. The supporters of Trump won't get it until they find themselves defrauded by their hero. Sigh...you can lead a horse to water, and all that jazz.

Trump's evidence is illogical. It is based on the result and subjective opinion. If there was actual tangible evidence he would have already filed against the judge.

Have you even read the docket on the case in question? It sounds like you didn't, but you want to make people believe you did.

He did in court of public opinion. He wouldn't have to if it was not biased. Law suit got thrown out in other states. Yet California and New York keeping it alive. Hmmm.

He has a great case. Great reviews. Plaintiffs gave good reviews. The course was well done. Where is the case?

The fraud and criminality is for a jury to decide. Your opinion is just that and worth the digital data it is written upon.

You are willing to gamble on Trump, but won't suffer responsibility alone and be held personally accountable. You foist this responsibility upon others. It is like using other people's money for the Trump U course.

Why the hell should I care about Bernie or Hillary's contribution to anything? I find them vile in their own ways.

What do you believe makes you so able to speak for what contributions I have made to society?

Exactly as I suspected. You aren't really qualified to give opinion about whether or not the judge has shown bias.

Lol! Trump cases dropped through manipulation of the system. I know, you don't believe it.

Definitely no bias in TX and FL, they were fair to Trump:

In the judge's case, he has more of a leg down because he cannot use the court of public opinion. My sympathies lay with those who want to have the fraud issue over and done with. I saw at one point in Texas, the "university" claimed it could be used for continuing ed credits as a realtor (which it couldn't). I'd be pissed if they wasted my time and money, leaving me to redo credits I thought I'd already covered.

How about taking points from well sourced Stefan Moleneux video? Oh wait you don't listen to Stefan because you are so above listening to people you disagree with.
