Ron Paul has a hard time endorsing Trump even if Trump's foreign policy is so similar to his probably because Trump savaged Rand and they took it personally. You can't blame the dad for feeling that way about how his son was treated and it is Trump's fault for relying on such tactics. But maybe Ron can be a bit more open minded. Trump has acknowledged in the past that he gets Ron Paul and that he agrees with a lot of what Ron has said:

In another video which I can't find right now, Trump says the same thing to a group of Ron Paul supporters - that he truly gets Ron Paul - but then added, with characteristic bluntness, that "Ron just won't/can't win" and got booed violently by the more fanatic RP supporters because of that remark.

That's not why Ron won't endorse Trump. Ron won't endorse him because among many other reasons, Trump is in favor of

    torture,

    bombing civilians

and theft by force of a country's natural resources.

“I don’t think that there will be any curtailing of Donald Trump as president,” he said. "He controls the media, he controls the sentiment [and] he controls everybody. He’s the one who will resort to executive orders more so than [President] Obama ever used them." - Ron Paul

You'd think people were tired of being lied to by men who want power.

I wonder what his positions will be next week? would you support Ron Paul if his policies changed with the wind? Not hinging to any principle? You only remember the positions you agree with and forget the times he stated the opposite, just a few weeks ago.

Well, that only proves how flexible he is which is why the liberty movement needs to get behind him. We'll be able to influence him by doing so.
