Maybe now it's time for Trump to announce his running mate, Chris Christie?

That would be a weighty decision.
Brawndo's got what plants crave. Its got electrolytes.

    H. L. Mencken said it best:

“Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.”

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron."

Is she even eligible to be Deputy Prime Minister?

Any Californians want to weigh in on how much this will affect the race in CA? I don't see it being enough to make a difference. Cruz needs to get a majority in CA to stop Trump, and I don't see any way that happens.

He should weigh that decision carefully. Christie could drop dead of a heart attack before the election.

Her CA polling was $#@! in January 2016, peaked around 13% in November 2015.

Ted Cruz defends Carly Fiorina and her HP record. Makes no mention of her cuts to the jobs.

Cruz : Carly will be "a Vice-President that has battled breast cancer"

and again Cruz needs to bring up his 8 and 5 year old girls who "text" Carly regularly . . . how sweet.

Cruz : "is pleased to introduce the next Vice-President of the United States - Carly Fiorina"

Ted Cruz names Carly Fiorina as VP pick
(CNN)Ted Cruz formally named Carly Fiorina as his vice presidential running mate Wednesday --
a last-ditch move to regain momentum after being mathematically eliminated from winning the GOP presidential nomination outright.

Christie would never agree to be his "running mate" out of fear it involves exercise.

Very odd pick. Not sure he could have made a worse choice politically. I don't understand what the logic behind making an early announcement is either. Very bizarre.

Notice the new flame logo on the podium

    Cruz ’16
    Fiorina

Their combined four years in elected office would be the least experienced major-party presidential ticket since the Landon/Knox in 1936.
Ordinarily, the presidential candidates who introduce their running mates are the candidates
    who
are actually going to win their party’s nomination.

. . . just a few months ago that Fiorina told a national television audience, “Ted Cruz is just like any other politician. He says one thing in Manhattan, he says another thing in Iowa… He says whatever he needs to say to get elected, and then he’s going to do as he pleases. I think people are tired of a political class that promises much and delivers much of the same.”

Fiorina also once said that Cruz “cannot possibly beat Hillary Clinton.” Oops.

Nope, I heard the deal was Christie's endorsement in exchange for Secretary of Steaks.

Remember in the movie Aliens, towards the end, when Pvt. Vasquez is helping escort the remaining people from First Squad move through the air ducts to safety.

At the end, despite her differences with Lt. Gorman, who she blamed for Drake's death -- "you were always an $#@! Gorman" -- the two made the choice to activate an M40 grenade in their hands, taking down the approaching Xenomorphs and giving precious time to the remaining survivors.

Yeah, it's not even like that... I think I would rather have a facehugger on me. No Thanks.

Actually it might work. She did win the GOP senate nomination in California but lost the genral. If she campaigns hard for Cruz in CA, which is probably not nearly as Trump friendly as the east, it might deny Trump 1237. But it is a desperate move. It almost worked for Reagan in 76 though.
