    Are You a Trump supporter?

I don't care if you've backed him all along or are a recent convert. Yea or nay?
    Poll is public.

I'm the only one who responded so far -- NO.

You might want to add an actual poll, and yes, explain "supporter".

Some have characterized me as a Trump supporter, though my angle is really that I do not deeply loathe him the way I deeply loathe each and every one of the other major candidates in both parties, and see him as a useful tool to bust up the party. So it's de facto/tactical/strategic supporter more than rah rah I care what he stands for supporter.

It takes a minute to get the poll in the thread, it's there now. Well, are you or aren't you?

Those five people are being obnoxiously loud and persistent, but they are really very very few in number, and are not winning anyone to their cause with the vicious, off-putting attitude they bring to the table.

You took the words out of my mouth. When a candidate is hated by the Washington criminal machine, hated by the news media, hated by Wall Street, Europe, Mexico and China...... I have to consider that candidate.

So I can count you as a yea?

I voted yes since only two choices. Enthusiastic, HELL NO !! My candidate left the race, however, I could almost guarantee you if Rand Paul was number 1 right now; Romney and the elite liars in government would be doing the same chit to him right now.

I'm not yet comfortable as of now to be a "Trump supporter" per se... but I'm heavily in favor of Trump doing unspeakable things to neocons and their tools like this:

Trump: Lindsey Graham a 'disgrace,' 'nut job,' 'one of the dumbest human beings'
    www.politico.com/story/.../trump-lindsay-graham-insults-219374Politico

Trump: Bush Administration Knowingly 'Lied' About Iraq War
    townhall.com/.../02/.../trump-bush...lied-about-iraq.../full

This trait of his is so refreshing. No one running is better than him.

The leading GOP contender saying such things and still winning is a paradigm shift in GOP/US Politics despite having some destructive/punishing quality to it.

As I said elsewhere, SWC Bush gave us DGP and DGP gave as Trumpster.. as we sow, so shall we reap.

The poll is inherently suspect to begin with due to its wording, but I'd wager you're still going to see more supporting votes than you ever expected.

No, I won't be surprised at all.

No, I'm not. Trump isn't in it for liberty, for Americans, or any other cause. He's in it for Trump. Everything he does stems from an incredibly selfish worldview that sums the rest of world up as trivial, losers, ignorant, and not worthy of respect or consideration in general.

Now, I understand that he could be the lesser evil (it depends on who he gets to advice him), but I'm throwing my support with Gary Johnson.

Poll needs more options and multiple choice voting.

Agreed. Was forced to vote yes, but neither choice accurately reflects my views.

It needs an "Oh, hell no!" option.

Can we just agree that we are all allies when it comes to shrinking government, and reducing its control over us? I don't care if you don't support Trump as long as your support can be counted on for the issues that matter. Whatever Trump does once he's elected, we will almost all be on the same side in supporting or rejecting his actions as president.

Henry Rogue, since you always carry the beautiful quotes from BuddyRey; I must tell you with almost 100% certainty that BuddyRey would agree with your "Oh, hell no!". Under no circumstance would BuddyRey cast a vote for Trump. I believe "blowhard" was the one word he used to describe Trump.

Trump is a vote for partial liberty as opposed to absolute liberty like someone like Ron Paul.

    Oh wow. Just...

F' it. People can make themselves see what they want to see.
