He was doing some serious fear mongering, "OMG ISIS!!" Rand was like, "it's not just ISIS, bro, check who armed them."
Good interview. He even dropped the words "radical Islam"into the conversation before Sean could call him an isolationist, which is like a Pavlov bell to dumb republican voters.
I like that Rand Paul is taking advantage of going on the media and radio shows a lot. This is helping him.
