The test results though, can predict certain things, as has been demonstrated in countless studies. Of course it's a matter of incomplete correlation, and does not actually measure intelligence.
As for Trump, he's not the kind of person who would score highly in it. However, that's not why he's a problem as President. I'd imagine he probably would score in the 100-115 range, which is slightly above average. The skills he does have (deceiving dumb people who don't use reason) would not really show up very well on it.
