uhm, you mean like the other night when she was trying to make it sound like Trump wasn't adopting Randal's positions?

Yep. He wasn't 5 minutes into the interview and the script was to ensure that Teh Donald's name got imediately interjected into the conversation.

Fox has a timer in the control room. It's set to go off every 15 minutes. The director is required to remind the anchor or guests to talk about Donald.

It won't take very long to get them home but it won't be overnight either but Iraq says they can't stay and they are coming home just like Trump said.

    Todd & Specs,

Did y'all listen to the interview? Laura specifically sided with Rand w/regard to his foreign policy, and even talked about how she's been taking flack from "neocons" (her word) about not wanting to go head to head with Russia.

My take on the Fox News segment was that Laura was actually trying to help Rand (and herself) by showing he isn't the only guy out there in the Republican field seeking a rational role for America on the world stage. Though it could be interpreted that way, I don't think she was trying to give Donald credit for being the first to have the idea about a humble foreign policy.

She's put a lot at stake in siding with Rand here, and I applaud her for it.

Yeah, I can't stand Laura "ImmigrationIsAllITalkAbout" Ingraham, but she has always been pretty good and fair to Rand when interviewing him. However, she never brings him up when she's discussing the other candidates on her show.

For example she was saying we need a Republican who will go to inner cities and reach out to voters we don't normally reach on her show one day and never mentioned Rand who has been doing just that.

Nope. I'm glad to hear Laura "The inmates have left the asylum" Ingraham was decent while on her radio show. We'll have to agree to disagree about her role on foxnews.

Agreed, sometimes her praise is faint or non-existent, but thus far, I feel like she hasn't gone Glenn Beck on me, and she's way better on Rand than any other 'mainstream' pundit/talk show host, at least the ones I survey.

As soon as I write this, I'm sure she'll prove me wrong, but at least this interview was a good one, and Laura came a long way with Rand on these issues.

Great interview and she agrees with Rand more so than a Cruz or Rubio or some other war monger crazy $#@!.

Hopefully she has enough listeners that take note.

    Keep building Rand...
If Rand does not win the Republican nomination, he should buck the controlled two party system and run as an Independent for President in 2016 and give Americans a real option to vote for.

We are all born libertarians then something goes really wrong. Despite this truth, most people are still libertarians yet not know it.

Here's a possible scenario: she can't say she likes Rand's stand on a certain topic or strategy (widening the GOP's base) but she can say she'd like to see something happen without mentioning that Rand endorses it. She leaves it to "us" to blog, post, call in on shows, etc. about it. She nudges people towards Rand's stand on the issues without coming right out and endorsing him. She's inviting Rand's supporters to get involved.
I wouldn't go so far as to say I believe this since I don't/can't listen to whatever show she does; but if her Rand-supporting listeners jump in as if she's inviting them to do so, if nothing else, we'll get a better idea of just where she's coming from.
