Well, since US law enforcement officials NEVER lies, even when a lie might increase their funding and authority, then it MUST be true!

    Here is the original article.

"The Texas DPS Director Steven McCraw expressed concern over the possible infiltration of ISIS through the border during a visit to Laredo this week. The comment came during the annual Texas Border Coalition meeting when a member of the audience asked the director if any suspected ISIS members had ever been apprehended on the Texas/Mexico border.

McCraw said: "Individuals that come across the Texas/Mexican border from a countries with a known terrorism presence and the answer to that is yes. We have individuals that we've needed to debrief in Pashto/Dari. Not a lot of Pashto and Dari speakers around. But you can't think about the last attack; you have to think of the next attack and where our vulnerabilities are. So, we're concerned about that."

McCraw added that the DPS also has a contingency plan involving increasing security at ports of entry, should violence spillover from Mexico. The DPS also works alongside Border Patrol watching the border through the use of about 5,000 motion-detection cameras on the border."

he said "others have come over"

How is this even a story?

Really, shall we start looking behind every bush now?

First they infilterated the White House and now they have set their eyes on the Texas border.

This violates the laws of karma. Texas had stood up against US based neocons who wanted to violate sovereignty of Iraq in 2003, now all good people should stand with Texas if southern invaders try to violate its sovereignty.

It's a story because it combines two of the most popular boogymen of the moment: Muslims and illegal aliens. Even if it has no substance it still scares those predisposed - like the OP.
