This is the guy who was instrumental in getting Tomas Massie elected, Lloyd Rogers. He works on Rand and Massie's staff, and he was the one who wrote the REINS Act. He also told me some war stories today that blew my mind!

Yup. Were his war stories Naval, Air (which may well have been Naval or Army/Airforce) or Army? Were they personal in nature or just historical?
