PHOTOS: Rand Paul in South Carolina and New Hampshire

Last week I had the pleasure of traveling to South Carolina and New Hampshire to document Rand Paul's campaign at the more than half dozen events he had planned throughout both states. He hosted three events in SC, in Rock Hill, Columbia and Spartanburg, and I attended four of five events in NH, in Hudson, Salem, Henniker, and Brookline. The Columbia and Henniker events were both Students for Rand rallies at University of South Carolina and New England College respectively, and were very exciting to be a part of! I got lots of photos from all 7 of these events that I'd like to share with you all, you can find MANY more HERE.



















I'll be doing another trip coming up towards the middle of October, and I'm excited about doing that one as well!

BTW, Gage, I saw your byline on the Snowden/Twitter photograph. Congrats, that could become a very iconic pic.

Looks like he's a pretty decent shot for someone that spends a lot of time in Washington DC.

Best thing is that he most likely shot that target himself. Whereas some other candidates would probably hold a rifle for a photo op with someone else's target.

It sure looks a lot like the Firing Line in Manchester. Spent plenty of time there and used to live just up the hill from it.

Great photos as always.

Having not been to an event myself it's cool to be able to see everything else going on in the room. The people signing up at the table, and Rand taking the time to meet and take pictures with them.

Shows the advantage of doing a higher number of small events vs. fewer large events. At these people can get close to him and shake his hand, and be encouraged to sign up with the campaign. That connection that he's able to make is more valuable going forward than just being in big crowd to hear him speak.



I saw that they changed Rand's Facebook profile photo to this and knew it must be one of yours.
