I hope it goes well for her, #RealLifeMatters. I kind of hate to see our people leave office but its probably hard to get anything good done in Mass. anyway. She's young, I imagine she might run for something again.

Oh that's why. I saw comments on her facebook page that she was leaving but I didn't know why.

...even though the very first post you see on her page by her states from the article that "Today, Rep. Leah Cole (R-Peabody) announced her intention to resign her seat in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, effective September 28 - one week from today. Rep. Cole is resigning to focus on her nursing career."

To focus on her nursing career. I mean, it's pretty clear right there. But anyway, all the best to her, really, if she wants to focus on her career path, particularly since her education had been put on hold because of the race.

You must be talking about her State Rep Facebook page. I don't follow that page. I have her personal page on my friend's list.

It is what I call a "study in pissing up a rope." It's the same in any of the 13 bottom-feeder states.

Man, 1 step forward 2 steps back.

I didn't start out thinking that anti-vax people were fools or impervious to reason, it's from my experience here that I now think that.

Anti-vaxxers, responsible for a 30 percent uptick in totally preventable diseases in the world, have blood on their hands. They shouldn't be considered civilized members of society. If they refuse to listen to a century of scientific studies confirming time and time again that vaccination is an unquestionable good for humanity, then it's time for us to start treating anti-vaxxers as what they are: dangerous and worthy of shame and condemnation. If we can't convince anti-vaxxers to change their minds, we must attach enough social stigma to the delusion that agnostics cease to join them.

Why, because she wants to pursue her education?
