Boulder DA : Police shooting of naked UColo student AOK

This all occurred the day before the big mock multi-agency LEO exercises on campus,
the week after summer semester finals, an exercise for law enforcement to gear up for the GOP debate -
complete with bomb-sniffing dogs and all.

    But . . .
The non defensive single kill shot by the two year veteran of the Boulder CO Police Force
of a naked University of Colorado grad student this summer after finals
and who was about to enter a federal (NASA) internship -
will NOT be cause to convene a Grand Jury . . . well at the state level.

Now comes the federal challenges to the unjustified use of DEADLY force by the Boulder pig.

Because there are so many places where a naked person can hide a deadly weapon, you just never know when you might get shot if you don't shoot first, of course. How could anyone deny that?

Percentage wise I find there to be more piece of $#@! DA's than kops.

But that's just my own observation.....
