-October 7th - The Stamp Act Congress convened in New York City with representatives from nine colonies meeting in protest to the British Stamp Act which imposed the first direct tax by the British Crown upon the American colonies.
-October 17th - During the American Revolutionary War, British General John Burgoyne and his entire army of 5,700 men surrendered to American General Horatio Gates after the Battle of Saratoga, the first big American victory.
-October 28th- The Statue of Liberty was dedicated on Bedloe's Island in New York Harbor.
November
-November 5th, Guy Fawkes Day, throwback to the original Ron Paul Moneybomb
-November 11th, Veterans Day, could promote a non-interventionist/bring home the troops message
