The podium assignments are based on photo ops and camera shots. They know Rand and Christie are going to go at it on foreign policy issues. Trump is going to go after Bush. Cruz and Rubio may clash, etc etc.
How is the stage already set? Aren't that poll numbers locked and counted as of 5pm Tuesday (tomorrow)??
