    The charges will be dismissed.

This guy was obviously well versed in providing GENERAL. Information about jury nullification if FIJA was doing a 3 day program informing the public.

It's this kind of thing that underlines the potential effectiveness of our lawful and peaceful revolution.

The first action the people take is upon state legislations and there is no law they can possibly be accused of violating. In fact in that situation the protestors would only be assuring that the public knew which legislators were fully constitutional.

Of course any who are found to be unable to represent the people in the state action of proposing or ratifying amendments to the federal constitution assuring all amendments have full constitutional intent will be faced with their peers compelled by petition to impeach unconstitutional legislators.

Once 3/4 of the states enact preparatory amendment ending the abridging of the PURPOSE of free speech, the entire nation will learn about jury nullification in support of their conscience relating to service of constitutional
    intent as jurists.

Citizens will not have to take theses kinds of risks any longer.

If 3 more appeared every time one was arrested, I'd have some hope.

Instead of repeating yourself yet again, why don't you tell us how you can be so confident that they won't be trying to make an example of these people?

Or is that too far outside your well-worn groove?

But the judge, Kimba M. Wood of Federal District Court, wrote that a person violated the jury tampering statute only when he or she knowingly tried to influence a juror’s decision through a written communication “made in relation to a specific case pending before that juror.”

“But it has a much broader impact,” he said, “because there are people all around the country who do exactly what he was doing, and under this ruling

they will no longer face the threat of prosecution.

'We endorse the idea of voluntarism; self-responsibility: Family, friends, and churches to solve problems, rather than saying that some monolithic government is going to make you take care of yourself and be a better person. It's a preposterous notion: It never worked, it never will. The government can't make you a better person; it can't make you follow good habits.' - Ron Paul 1988

FIJA will be backing him up. It was their material he was handing out. This has happened many times, it's always the same.

It would be awesome if it goes to trial since the evidence itself would be a form of "jury tampering".
