When Sen. Rand Paul made comments about U.S. immigration policy in the wake of the Chattanooga shooting tragedy recently, a headline at Breitbart read “Rand Paul: Restrict Immigration from Muslim Nations.”

This sounds horrible, right?

It does. It’s also not what Rand Paul said.
