There will be less than 5% that are released and those folks will still be saddled with a felony conviction and all of the pitfalls that entails.
Even the use of the term "violent" has been bastardized by the "Just-Us" department to include people without a violent bone in their body while excluding some who are horribly aggressive.
I believe NOTHING rolling off forked tongues.
Rand should promise pardons to all non-violent offenders. drugs, taxes, EPA rules. that would get attention, and shake things up again. someone will-if not Rand, maybe Sanders.
I'll believe it when I see it. I remember he promised to stop raiding medicinal cannabis dispensaries, too.
