To get them printed? Did not say when they would start distributing.

Who or what is "Voter Contact Services, LLC"? Are they hiring these 40 staffers from an agency?
"A wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." - Thomas Jefferson's First Inaugural Address, 1801

Looks like the people who have been running Young Americans for Liberty have been active on the ground in Iowa through CAV:

"We already have 40 full-time field staffers in Iowa knocking on doors and making phone calls," Frazee told Bloomberg. "Our team has knocked on over 75,000 doors and made over 70,000 phone calls as of today. We're building a grassroots operation that the other candidates won't be able to compete with in Iowa. Based on polling and the responses we're getting back, it's certainly a state we think Rand can win."

Where is that money coming from?

I've already heard a couple radio adds about Trump and Rubio. Likely not put out by their campaigns but supportive groups.

That doesn't really answer my question. They say they have 40 field staffers knocking on doors for Rand Paul. Then there's an expenditure for 40 paid staffers from a staffing company with no website? Are these all Rand Paul supporters? Why not hire folks directly? Surely, with this staff aligned at the top, they have networks to tap into.

I can assure you that the 40 people on the ground are completely dedicated to the cause. Not their first rodeo.
"We have nothing to fear except our own unwillingness to defend what is naturally ours, our God-given rights. We have nothing to fear that should cause us to forget or relinquish our rights as free men and women. To thrive, we must believe in ourselves again, and we must never, never trade our liberty for any fleeting promise of security." - Rand Paul

Yes, glad to hear that. Still a little disappointed that the money is filtering through an mysterious company, from a fiduciary accountability standpoint.
