    Lorraine is the waitress's name.
And so I have to exclaim that I'd just like some Quiche, Lorraine.

Don't want no apple, Brown Betty

... sorry, don't recall the rest of the song (which is probably, and mercifully, just as well)

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you post to the internet can and will be used to humiliate you.

I've been searching for that song (Quiche Lorraine) and was glad to see you name the musician. I've contacted him and got the LP, so thanks. I first heard the song in the mid 80's performed by an unknown guitar-playing comedian/comic on TV in NJ (perhaps a NYC station). He would do take offs of several rock/folk songs to great effect (e.g., The Who's Pinball Wizard, etc). The best however was song about the waitress named Lorraine. It wasn't Bob Warren, but it was his song.

So Mike Murphy, with his extensive experience, could not figure out Jeb was a no go and signed up for his campaign? What a difference a few months make.
