Thumbs up Philip Eby running for Texas State Representative again, House District 58

Philip Eby is running again. The office he is seeking is the Republican nomination for State Representative, HD 58, which comprises all of Johnson and Bosque counties in Central Texas.

Philip was an alternate delegate to the RNC in 2012, and is a true Liberty Candidate. He narrowly lost his 2014 Primary race, to Dewayne Burns, who was heavily funded by the establishment.

“As a lifelong conservative and small-business owner, I know firsthand how an over reaching government can stifle business, economic growth and overall well being of it’s citizens. It is time for us to take a stand and have a true conservative voice representing House District 58.”

    Friends, Family and Fellow Supporters,

2 years ago I came to each of you and asked for your support in my run for State Representative. I truly believed that Texas was in a position to lead the nation as a model of a conservative, limited government state.

Thousands of you voted, hundreds donated to our campaign, and many of you even knocked on the doors of your neighbors, asking them to support our cause.

We came short, but kept our campaign above the very negative fray that it turned into.

2 years later, I stand here today still concerned with the direction of our country and state. Texas had the opportunity to lead this last legislation session and, in many ways, we came short.

There were some good conservative reforms enacted, but budget reform, pro-life legislation, anti-union bills and policy that would address illegal immigration were all killed in the Texas House.

We need strong conservative leadership to get the results that Texans deserve.

I need your help to fight this battle. Would you consider giving $25, $50 or $250 toward our campaign today? Every bit will help.

I look forward to earning your support as we fight to make Texas as strong as it can be.

    God Bless,

    Philip

P.S. Share our facebook page with your friends and spread the word about the campaign.
