The 2nd Amendment is our permit to carry, open or concealed. We need to stop allowing our government to take our rights and turn them into privileges that require government approval to exercise.

The wording was removed, that really sucks. But a number of Federal judges in other open carry states have ruled that cops can't stop just for carrying though. So they will be opening themselves up to lawsuits if they do. Not that they care...and Cops can harass on sight. Wording to prevent that was removed.

You're not in trouble the day they refuse to issue the permit, you are in trouble the day that you psychologically accepted the idea that the government had the authority to give you the permit in the first place.
