Do you think there should be a docudrama about Ron and Rand Paul

Who would star in the film? Would it be necessary for him to be President for a movie to be made as him and his father changed alot of people's lives with their message?

Ron, yes; but not yet Rand.

No to both. Also, you could make the argument that most presidents and politicians change people's lives, but they don't all have films about them. Documentaries, maybe, but not films.

JFK has movies made about him such as "Thirteen Days". The basis for the movie about the Paul's is how libertarianism was in the dark for most of the 20th century and brought back by the Paul's not by running as third party candidates but by running in the major political parties.

Kennedy at least became President and his assassination gave him even more prominence in death. Plus, the Cuban Missile Crisis was an international event that could have ended in catastrophe- hardly comparable to a politician that got a bunch of people excited about their political beliefs. Paul spurred a movement, just as Barry Goldwater did before him. Again, it calls for possibly a documentary- of which there are probably some now- but not a film.

Well I guess that Rand Paul would have to become President first and then actually reduce government?

If it was well done and on a major television network, I'd say most definitely. Millions that haven't been paying attention could learn who they are that way.
