    Favorite part of the Filibuster speech?

    For me it is two things:

    "The Consitution does not create our rights, it only protects our rights. This is why we are a Republic and not a democracy so the majority cannot vote away our rights."

    "While the powers of government are few, the opposite is the case with rights. Your rights are infinite."
