My mother had a bout of food poisoning today--so I thought I would share this information in case someone got food poisoning and wanted to get relief right away.
Source– At first signs of symptoms, took equal parts water (or juice) and apple cider vinegar (organic, with the mother!)
-In water or some kind of soft food, took 1/2 tsp or more of activated charcoal (or capsules if you can swallow them)
-Repeat until my symptoms stop.
*Activated charcoal will absorb quickly and it may reduce the effectiveness of some medications--so consult a doctor if you are on any medication.
