It's the purpose of free speech that is abridged, not free speech itself.

Preparatory Amendment is the only safe, logical and constitutional way to proceed into an Article V convention.

The most important event in American political history requires preparation.

Article V requires all amendments have constitutional intent. Only the people can be trusted to define that. Their capacity to do that lies within the purpose of free speech.

This is a draft revision of the First Amendment which returns philosophical doctrine originally a part of the concept of unalienable rights and how they are defended.

    REV. Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; Congress shall see that nothing abridges the freedom of speech and the primary methods or systems of it shall not be abridged and be first accessible for the purpose of the unity of the people in order to alter or abolish government destructive to their unalienable rights, or with its possible greater meaning through understanding one another in; forgiveness, tolerance, acceptance, respect, trust, friendship and love protecting life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Congress shall see that nothing abridges freedom of the press in its service to the unity of the people; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances or defense of this constitution.

Tory, loyalist sabotage of the documents language designed to weaken American unity upon constitutional intent enabling later usurpations has weakened the potentials for constitutional defense.

Americans need to be empowered to define constitutional intent and impose it upon state legislations to assure all ratifications of amendments have constitutional intent.

Of course, I could be wrong.
The rest of preparatory amendment is to secure the vote and create campaign finance reform.

The Supreme Court cannot be trusted. Look at citizens united.

Court rules can only be written by the scotus. They wrote some to unconstitutionally abrogated. The 9th circuit judicial council did just that in 2005. They removed a 125 year old rule that gave a new magistrate and judge to a civil rights case that had been dismissed but refiled with new co plaintiffs. The rule was removed with no note of revision and no public notice, all violations of the Administrative Offices for the district court regulations. This was empowered by rules designed to have that easily done by making a separate section external to the main body of rules.

    Sick folks!

I was reading the Congolese constitution dated from 2005, former heads of state there can be senators for life.

    The Senate

    Article 104

The members of the Senate are called Senators.

The Senator represents his province, but his mandate is national.

Any binding instruction (mandat impératif) is void.

The candidates for Senator are presented by the political parties and the political groups. They
may also present themselves as independents.

They are elected at the second level by the Provincial Assemblies.

Each Senator is elected together with two proxies (suppléants).

The former elected Presidents of the Republic are by law Senators for life.

The number of the Senators as well as the conditions for their election and eligibility are
    determined by the electoral law.

    Article 105

The Senator is elected for a term of five years. He may be re-elected.

The mandate of the Senator begins with the verification of his powers by the Senate and ends with the installation of the new Senate.
It is an odd constitution, but interesting considering the rough history there. http://www.constitutionnet.org/files...nstitution.pdf

As for the 16th amendment, since it was never ratified it, is not even an active amendment. When then President Wilson announced the 16th amendment had been ratified by the states, the people just accepted his lie as fact. Had that been done in todays day and age of technology we would have known better and called the President out on his lie. So basically we just need to tell the IRS to go screw themselves and demand they show us where there is a law the mandates we pay an income tax. No such law exists.
    LOL!!!

Unfortunately the IRS is the collection arm for the income taxes used for the annual national debt interest payments to the Federal Reserve AKA the Rothschilds, the actual mortgage holders and receivers of the US government AND the entire USA, since the 1933 Federal bankruptcy.
