Thanks you all. Adalynn Ruth was born at 7:47 weighing 7lb9oz, and 20.5" long.
She has adjusted really fast to life outside of the womb and is very peaceful and content. She recognizes her mother and my own voice and visibly makes attempt to look towards us if she hears us. She doesn't do that for strangers. Adalynn has also been a champ when it comes to nursing, getting the first latching on several minutes after being born, and feeding very strong at regular intervals. She has already pooped 3 times. This is a major relief because with Riley we had difficulty with nursing and she ended up loosing weight for the first week.

Lol that's just a side benefit
This is our 2nd child, the first was breached and required a c section to deliver since all attempts to dislodge her were not successful. We had an option to v-back this one, but heightened risk of complications due to a abnormally tilted uterus we decided the risk was not worth it.

I was with her for every part except a very short period of time in pre-op and then again as they wheeled her down to operating room and got her spinal. I don't really understand why I am not allowed to be in there he entire time, but that's the procedure and it's all good.
My wife works at this hospital, and we received all around vip treatment.
At my delivery, they didn't even ask, just started getting him suited up. Poor bastard got to see the blood-soaked floor and bucket full of blood before it was all over. I was strapped to a table, Jesus style, and was shaking so badly that I couldn't hold her for a couple of hours until the anesthesia started wearing off.
