Well, she has a right to be angry about it. If your significant other had cheated on you, and thousands of people kept reminding you of it, then you might be angry too.

Back on Planet Earth we call what Hillary did in that situation "willfully and knowingly enabling an unrestrained sexual predator/serial rapist", so no, she doesn't get any betrayed-wife points on account of Bill's behavior. If she'd done the right thing, he'd be in jail, but of course she wouldn't have all the money and power she has now.
