At the New Hampshire Summit this weekend there was a Rand booth set up along with a Rand cardboard cut-out. I take it Cruz was just messing around doing some light-hearted trolling. Don't think it's anything to get worried about. Now if it was Ted's own personal cutout of Rand... then that would be odd and creepy

More than a slight resemblance between a cardboard cutout of Rand Paul and Ted Cruz.
Cruz does try to be rather Paul-like on the surface. And both are equally two-dimensional.
