American Jewry is not the force behind this madness. Evangelical Christians are.

Republicans are more likely to support welfare for foreigners than domestic tax cuts.

and the evangelicals control the Iowa caucuses, and the SC and FL primaries. Just look where Cruz announced. at some point we have to say let them have their party and be done with it.

This is one of the most obnoxious developments in the GOP over the past 20 or so years. Our foreign policy is so antagonistic, aggressive, and illogical in large part because of our continuing support our "special" partner. Zionist Evangelical Christians have hijacked our foreign policy to a degree that it is entirely framed on support for a foreign nation. I guess "no tangling alliances" means nothing.
“When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I have determined to rout you out, and by the Eternal, I will rout you out!”

this proves we need a 3rd party

...wouldn't we need an honest second party first?...(wiseguy shouts..'how 'bout and honest first party, H. E.'...

...as to 'the litmus test':...i strongly suspect 'the real litmus te$t' is that the particular miserable republicrat foghorns pre-$elected are of no threat to this mi$erable gd in$ane exi$ting 'financial order'..

...and of course, there are many other issues of importance...but i've come to the conclu$ion thi$ i$ 'the big one'...and while we probably can never be rid of evil and ignorance, we can take 'the money card' away from them...and dimini$h--GREATLY--their power to do evil/ignorance...

It's a scam if below news are confirmed.

    2015

WaPo: "This week, Schweich seemed to be getting anxious about some comments he alleged Hancock made about his faith. He told the AP that he had heard rumors that Hancock made some comments last year that Schweich was Jewish and he thought Hancock should step down from his position as party chairman, to which he was just elected. Messenger, from the Post-Dispatch, said in his statement that Schweich told him he thought Hancock meant to “harm him politically in a gubernatorial primary in which many Republican voters are evangelical Christians.”

'Half-Breed Jew' Committed Holocaust, Claims Netanyahu Ally John Hagee
    03/12/2015
Who committed the Holocaust? For the overwhelming majority of historians and, needless to say, Jews it's a settled question: Hitler, and his Nazis. But Christians United For Israel (CUFI) head John Hagee, one of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's closest American allies, has a different answer: "half-breed Jews."

Jew vs. Hidden Jew: Macaca-man George Allen Eyes Va. Run
“I was raised as a Christian, and my mother was raised as a Christian,” said Allen, who is locked in an unexpectedly close race with Democrat James Webb. “And I embrace and take great pride in every aspect of my diverse heritage, including my Lumbroso family line’s Jewish heritage, which I learned about from a recent magazine article and my mother confirmed.” Later in the day, Allen’s campaign manager, Dick Wadhams, identified the article as a story by E.J. Kessler that appeared in the Forward last month. According to Wadhams, after reading the article the senator decided to ask his mother about her Jewish roots. He didn’t explain why calling someone Jewish might be considered casting an aspersion.
Allen started the 2006 race in the spring as a hugely popular incumbent, a shoo-in for reelection and in fact a leading contender for the 2008 GOP presidential nomination until this happened. Now Wikipedia includes him on its list of Jewish former senators.

NIXON: “Newsweek” is totally — it's all run by Jews and dominated by them in their editorial pages. The “New York Times, the “Washington Post”, totally Jewish too.

GRAHAM: And they're the ones putting out the pornographic stuff. But this stranglehold has got to be broken or this country is going to go down the drain.

    NIXON: Do you believe that?

    GRAHAM: Yes, sir.

NIXON: I can't ever say it, but I believe it.

GRAHAM: But if you get elected a second time, we might be able to do something.

That is strange claim considering that 9 out of 10 times US has supported Islamic fundamentalists worldwide from Afghanistan to Iraq to Saudi Arabia and Israel follows same line for most part. Even today Americans have elected son of an Islamic man as President before they would elect daughter of a christian man and all recent US presidents have bowed before the Islamic king who doesn't allow gays to date/marry or women to drive.

Remember that US Citizens are the enemy of the US Govt by their own accord.

It isnt just Israel. Our foreign policy puts more value on Welfare for Illegals than natural born citizens and legal immigrants. It is more important to have military bases everywhere else in the world than to respect the Rights of the people at home. Going to War with Iran and Russia and China and Syria and Egypt are all more important than having peace within our own borders. Israel is nothing more than an extension of the Warmongering Politics of the GOP because Peacekeeping and Non Intervention is simply not as profitable.

This has to be trickling down at the direction of the RNC.

At my county convention yesterday, not a single speaker that was part of the convention agenda got up on stage that did NOT mention their love for Israel as part of their comments! From the county chair to our RNC committeewoman and everyone in between. A couple even sounded forced. Not one! That has NEVER happened before. AIPAC must be feeling the heat.

    New Litmus Test
    it ain't new.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Crazy! I'm getting tired of the unconditional devotion towards a foreign government. Love for your fellow man is one thing, but a government isn't a man and doesn't need constant devotion. What I can't understand is how these people can be totally fine with criticizing their own country (which is completely OK to do), but they can't turn around and criticize Israel.

When it comes to Israel, they just seem to turn their political analysis off for fear of damnation or something.

It is damnation, at least once you get inside the power structure, whether local, state or national, in the sense that the establishment conclave (if you attend conventions and party functions you know what I mean by the "establishment conclave"...they're almost cultish) will ostracize you or work to prevent you from gaining influence if you don't profess obedience to the Israeli lobby. It's pretty well documented that AIPAC works to purge people that don't genuflect. That's been the case for a long time. Now, it appears you must publicly profess this obedience at party functions as a litmus test, indeed.

That pressure she speaks of has reached all the way down to neighborly party functions. The thing the members of the "conclave" fear the most is no longer being part of the "conclave", so they toe the line, even if forced. Fear of exile is a powerful tool.

It's not new, and it's not even real. It's a test of loyalty to their one, unique version of what it means to support Israel. You could support, love, bless, help Israel 100%, live a life of nothing but loving Israel, and if that support does not extend, for example, to the Likud political Party and it's membership, then none of that counts. It's not about loving and supporting Israel, it's about loving and supporting a smallish plurality faction within Israel. It's a sham. It's a method that neocons are using to frame the debate and try to play on their own home field.

I'm wondering how many seconds it would take the World to condemn a White Christian State in unison as a racist state , upon announcement.
I also often wonder and have mentioned/questioned it here , why is there so very little coverage of Israel's West Bank occupation.

I had always leaned toward supporting Israel, but no longer sure just why, if they gave up their occupation that feeling might
    somewhat return.

Most of all we need OIL , can't get around that, but I wish we would focus on self sufficiency, pack up 95% of our troops and
bring them back to secure the borders, the world will only hate us for our interventionist policies so long before they band together and
    crush us.

There is a sect of Jews within Israel that are extremely anti-Zionist because that it is God who is supposed to return the Jews to Israel. That the modern state of Israel was founded by secular socialists and not the hand of God makes it an abomination in their minds. I always thought this might be a fertile line of argument to use on pro-Israel Christians.
